Carothers Environmental, LLC was established in 2001 on a solid foundation of more than 25 years experience in the environmental consulting industry.

Carothers Environmental is headquartered in Sedona, Arizona and serves the entire southwestern United States. Our professional team is comprised of archaeologists, biologists, regulatory specialists, water resource managers, ecologists, indoor air quality specialists and NEPA Specialists.

We provide consultation services related to the management of both natural and cultural resources to both the public and private sectors. CE's Indoor Environmental Division provides full service Mold Inspection, Canine Mold Detection, and LICENSED, BONDED, and INSURED Mold Remediation.

Our Qualifications
Our team brings over 40 years of experience and enormous expertise in numerous federal, state, and tribal regulations to our projects.

We maintain federal and state permits to conduct endangered species surveys and scientific research in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico.

We have prepared scores of NEPA documents and assembled a group of specialists in the fields of threatened and endangered species, cultural resources of Native American cultures and prehistoric civilizations, wetlands and US waters delineation and permitting, recreation planning, resources management and rehabilitation, land use planning, landscape design, and terrestrial and aquatic biology.

The Carothers Environmental knowledge base encompasses a full understanding of the ramifications and proper interpretation of laws such as the National Environmental Policy Act; National Fire Plan; Endangered Species Act; Clean Water Act; Archaeological Resources Protection Act, National Historic Preservation Act; National Forest Management Act; and Executive Orders on wetlands, flood plains, farmland protection, wild and scenic rivers, and environmental justice, to list a few.
